Hi! I have some more exciting details to share with you about St. Patrick’s Day at Lago Mar.
If you would like to celebrate at lunchtime, we are the place to be! From 12:00 – 2:30 pm, our guests and members are invited to feast on Guinness braised corned beef and cabbage served with roasted potatoes, baby carrots, peas and green beans and Irish mustard sauce. The price is $25. We are serving dinner in Acquario and on the patio from 5:00 – 10:00 pm. In addition to the corned beef and cabbage, we are offering a braised lamb shank with apples and prunes, lamb ragu, green whipped mashed potatoes, baby carrots, green beans and peas. Also, we have sautéed black cod, roasted garlic-citrus herb sauce, green whipped mashed potatoes, baby carrots, green beans and peas. The lamb and cod are both $26.00. All of the entrees include a choice of a mixed green salad or a Caesar salad and Irish soda bread.
I think I am going to go with the cod. I am planning on going over to the resort tonight for Italian Night. I also still need to visit The Resort Shop for something green. Maybe I can shop before dinner. Yeah, that sounds like a good plan… Deb
