Paradise Pedicure

Hi!   I finally had the chance to have my Paradise Pedicure today.  It was exactly as it is named.  I was able to get in at the last minute because it was absolutely beautiful today, so everyone wanted to be outside.  I was happy to receive an hour of total relaxation.  I sat in one our state-of -the art chairs and turned on the massage while slipping my feet into the tub of water containing coconut milk bath soak.  After a few minutes my feet and legs were massaged with a coco sugar scrub to exfoliate.  Then came the body butter coco mask.  After the mask was painted on with long brush strokes my feet were placed in plastic bags with warm towels wrapped around them.  I could actually feel the moisture seeping into my skin.  I was left like this for a short time.  During this time I took in the beauty of our spa.  Next to me was a water wall providing the soothing sounds of flowing water  as well as a tranquil visual.  When I gazed up I saw an exquisite large crystal chandelier resembling a flower, surrounded with ruched raw sky-blue colored  morie silk.   On the wall  across from me  was a pastel colored  tapestry encased with molding.  I truly felt as if I was surrounded by luxury.  After the mask was removed I was massaged with a coconut nourishing exotic oil.  All of my stress was gone.  There is nothing better than a really good foot massage to relieve the tension in your body. After my treatment I walked back to the relaxation room to let my pedicure dry for a bit.  I sat on one of the beautiful divans and enjoyed the view of Lake Mayan while sipping on my fruit infused water.  Just in case you didn’t know Lago Mar means “lake” and  “sea” in spanish.  We are surrounded by Lake Mayan on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other.  This makes for incredible water views from all our suites and rooms.   Sorry I did not get to make it to Italian Night last week, but my little boy was sick.  This Thursday is St. Patrick’s Day so I will be definitely reporting about that.  I will try to make it to the next Thursday Italian Night and let you know….Also, I found a great Lily Pulitzer green shirt in The Resort Shop to wear on Thursday .  I can’t wait….Deb

I don’t even know the way I ended up here, however I believed this put up used to be great. I do not know who you’re however certainly you’re going to a well-known blogger in the event you aren’t already. Cheers!
