Response to Facebook Friend about “T-bone and Fries”

Hi!    I love getting comments to my blog!!!   I wanted to write this entry in response to Pete Barrett’s inquiry about whether there was a t-bone and fries on our menu.   We actually have a 6 oz. beef tenderloin on our new menu, which I had to try in order  to report to you how delicious it is.  It comes with a celery root puree, caramelized shallot butter, and fig cabernet glaze.  Not only does it taste great but  it has a beautiful presentation, too.  I also tried the ginger brined pork t-bone, just in case Pete was referring to this kind of t-bone, and found it equally tasty.  This t-bone is served with white cheddar grits, vanilla asian pear pecan butter, and mustard BBQ.  The grits are absolutely the best thing you have ever tasted but just in case one really wants  a ‘t-bone and fries”  I am sure Chef Phil would accommodate their “fry fix’!!!  So excited for the holiday tomorrow   Deb
