Hi! I hope everyone had a great St. Patrick’s Day 2014! We sure did here at Lago Mar Resort!
Last evening, the festivities began with party favors, including top hats for the guys, crowns for the girls and green leis and beads for everyone.

Chef Phil’s St. Patrick’s Day dinner was over the top! In addition to the sous vide corned beef with Guinness mustard sauce (served with potatoes, carrots and peas), Chef Phil also prepared a Dubliner Irish cheese crusted cod that was to die for.
Lucky for me, I only had one glass of Cakebread Cellars Chardonnay, so I feel pretty good today! Hope you all had a great holiday and enjoy a few of my photos from last night’s fun.
