Chef Phillip Damien invites you to Acquario, featuring Northern Italian Cuisine with a modern American influence. Chef Phillip feels it is important to present food in an artful and eye appealing way. He uses only the freshest high quality ingredients.
His signature dishes include fresh pastas, local & imported fish and wet aged Certified Black Angus Steaks. The wet aging process gives Acquario steaks robust flavor and tender juiciness. Acquario now features a Chop House Broiler allowing temperatures upward to 1,100 degrees, the key to preserve the natural flavors of meat, poultry, and seafood entrees.
Start off the night with our mouth-watering Tomato and Burrata Mozzarella Salad Drizzled Balsamic Reduction.
Try our Pancetta Wrapped Filet Mignon topped with Gorgonzola and Port Wine Sauce.
