The Lago Mar Resort and Club offer a flexible 12,000 square foot, state of the art Executive Fort Lauderdale Conference Center. This bright and airy conference facility is perfect to host any event in Ft. Lauderdale Florida. Conference facilities are self-contained and have four separate meeting rooms that open up to the Fountain View lobby, a 5000 square-foot pre-function area that comfortably accommodates up to 250 people. Views of the pool and Lake Mayan and the bright, airy ambience set a relaxing tone for any business meeting.

The Hibiscus Court, an adjacent garden patio area with twinkling lights in the trees and soothing breezes off the ocean is a stunning venue for pre and post-meeting gatherings. There is also a quaint outdoor garden area surrounding the fountain, works well for receptions, luncheons or mid-meeting breaks. Of course, there's always the beach close by for those business travelers who would enjoy a "feet in the sand" event.

All of our conference rooms are attractively appointed with windows providing natural light, giving them a bright and calm feeling. The rooms are self contained, sound proof and have no disruptive pillars. They each come equipped with a microphone and telephone outlet as well as high speed internet access.

The four meeting rooms, the Lake View room, the Ocean View North and the Ocean View South room, and the Directors room can all be configured in a variety of ways depending on your needs.

Our meeting room space adjusts to accommodate your needs.

The Lake View Room measures 3,000 square feet and accommodates up to 250 people. Room configurations include Banquet, Theater, Classroom, Reception and U-Shape. The Ocean View North and South rooms each measure 1,280 square feet, accommodates up to 60 people and can be transformed into all room configurations. Directors Room measures 640 square feet and seats up to 30 people in a conference style set up.
